Client Terms of Use

Welcome to Fire Risk Quote (fireriskquote.co.uk). By submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms apply to individuals and businesses requesting Fire Risk Assessment quotes.

2. Our Service

We operate a lead generation service and may pass your enquiry to independent fire risk assessors within our network to obtain quotations. We do not guarantee the number of responses or quotes received.

Important: We do not carry out fire risk assessments.

3. Your Obligations

Provide accurate information
Carry out due diligence
Agree terms directly with the assessor

4. No Fee

The service is free to use.

5. Payment for Fire Risk Assessments

The Client contracts directly with the appointed Fire Risk Assessor and is responsible for paying all agreed fees. Fire Risk Quote is not a party to that contract.

Fire Risk Quote recommends that Assessors obtain full payment before releasing the completed Fire Risk Assessment report. Where permitted by the agreed terms, an Assessor may withhold the completed report until payment has been received in full.

Fire Risk Quote accepts no liability for unpaid invoices or payment disputes.

We are not responsible for assessor services or pricing.

Service Provider (Assessor) Terms

Important: These apply to assessors using the platform.

1. Requirements

Qualified and insured
Compliant with laws

2. Leads

Contracts are between you and the client.

3. Commission

No commission shall be payable in respect of the first engagement secured through the Platform between the Service Provider and a Client.

The Service Provider agrees that any subsequent services provided to a Client introduced via the Platform shall be subject to a commission equal to 10% of all fees invoiced or received.

This obligation shall apply to any services provided within a period of 12 months from the date of the initial introduction.

For the avoidance of doubt, any services provided to a Client introduced via the Platform shall be deemed to arise from that introduction, whether contracted directly or indirectly.

4. Client Payment and Release of Reports

Service Providers are responsible for agreeing payment terms directly with Clients. Fire Risk Quote recommends requesting full payment before releasing the completed Fire Risk Assessment report.

Fire Risk Quote is not responsible for collecting fees, pursuing unpaid invoices or resolving payment disputes.

We are not liable for your work.
