1. Introduction

1.2. These terms apply to Fire Risk Assessors ("Assessors", "you") who register on our Platform to receive and quote for lead requests from potential customers ("Clients").

1.3. By registering and using the Platform to receive and respond to quote requests, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

3. Becoming a Service Provider

3.1. You can apply to join our network by submitting a registration form. We may ask you to provide information about your business, qualifications, insurance, and experience.

3.2. You guarantee that:

• 3.2.1. You are, and will remain, qualified and registered to conduct Fire Risk Assessments in the United Kingdom.
• 3.2.2. All information you provide is complete, accurate, and you will keep it up-to-date.
• 3.2.3. You hold valid and adequate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.
• 3.2.4. You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005).

4. Use of the Platform

4.1. You agree to use the Platform professionally and lawfully.

4.2. You guarantee that you will only quote for and undertake work for which you have the necessary skills, expertise, and insurance.

4.3. You are responsible for the security of your login details and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4.4. You shall not:

• 4.4.1. Attempt to circumvent the Platform, for example by contacting a Client from a Lead we provided to arrange work without paying any applicable fee or to avoid our terms.
• 4.4.2. Use any automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Platform.
• 4.4.3. Create multiple accounts without our consent.

5. Client Leads and Your Responsibilities

5.1. We provide a lead generation service. We will pass quote requests from Clients to up to 3 Assessors in our network based on location and suitability.

5.2. Any contract for a Fire Risk Assessment is formed directly between you and the Client. We are not a party to that contract.

5.3. You are solely responsible for:

• 5.3.1. Providing accurate and compliant quotes to Clients.
• 5.3.2. Performing the assessment work safely, competently, and in accordance with your agreement with the Client.
• 5.3.3. All client communication, scheduling, and service delivery.

5.4. You agree to handle all Client data received through the Platform in accordance with UK Data Protection Legislation.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Platform is a connection service only. We do not employ Assessors, vet them beyond initial registration checks, or guarantee the volume or quality of Leads.

7.2. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, or conduct of any Assessor or Client.

7.3. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform or your contract with a Client, except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

7.4. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these terms, your negligence, or your work for a Client.

8.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
